We primarily ship via UPS to ensure lowest costs and most efficient delivery.
During the check-out process you will be provided with options for other shipping methods for which you can make a selection at that time.
If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us at (775) 843-5952 to obtain a "Return Authorization" for the given order or item.
We will not accept returned items without reference to a "Return Authorization".
Returns are accepted within the first 30-days of original shipment as long as the item is unopened or repackaged in the original shipping container. A 15%-restocking fee may be applied for returns of open, used, or non-defective items which are unrelated to warranty claims.
